Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation terms provided for that Service.

d) Refund Policy for Services: Due to the nature of our mentorship, coaching, consulting services, and instantly accessible digital products, all sales are considered final, and fees are non-refundable.

For services rendered: Fees for coaching, mentorship, or consulting sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.
For pre-paid packages or programs: Any specific refund or cancellation terms will be clearly stated in your client agreement for that specific program. Unless otherwise specified, there are no refunds for unused sessions in a pre-paid package. If you have concerns about a service you have received, please contact us directly to discuss the matter.

e) Discount Codes: From time to time, LevelUp360 may offer discount codes. Unless otherwise stated, such codes are for single use, cannot be combined with other offers, and do not apply to previously purchased Services. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discount offer at any time.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to a direct download for your product, digital item, or access to the member’s area.

Charges from this site will appear as LevelUp360 on your credit card statement. When you are purchasing from this site you agree to be billed either as a one-off transaction, or a recurring subscription, depending on the product, program, or service you have purchased and the conditions for that specific product, program, or service.

Downloading Materials

Delivery Methods

In general, orders are dispatched within 1-2 days after they are received; however, at busy times and or seasonal times, this may not be possible. Therefore, please allow us a week for delivery, unless otherwise stated on our Website.

Orders sent by Courier need to be signed for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, LevelUp360 cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.

Claims for damage, packing errors, or non-delivery of goods must be received by LevelUp360 within 15 days of placing your order.

Overseas Locations

Unfortunately, due to an increase in parcels going missing in transit and an expensive delivery cost for our customers, orders for products is restricted to Ireland. LevelUp360 is working on offering a secure and fair price to provide this service to overseas locations. Our most sincere apologies.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all Ireland customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within a further 14 days to return the products. You may have to pay for the cost of returning the products. Ireland residents wishing to cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations should return the goods to LevelUp360, Returns Department, LevelUp360 at: levelup360.pro.

All goods should be in their original packaging and in their original condition. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card or the original payment method utilised.

LevelUp360 will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of the tracked delivery system.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to LevelUp360. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.

Return of Goods

LevelUp360 will refund or replace (if applicable) any products or goods, if:

They were purchased directly from us within the last 30 days
They are returned to us in their original, unopened, and in a resaleable condition
They are returned with a completed Return Form
They are returned with the original receipt

Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the LevelUp360 facilities. As mentioned above, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
To receive a full refund for a product/s delivered with a promotional free gift, both the item purchased and the free gift must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products purchased using a gift voucher will be refunded as a gift voucher; no cash refund will be given, or another payment method.
