AI Prioritisation, Architecture & Delivery
We help you decide what to build, then help you build it.

AI Decision Sprint
One AI use case. One decision. The governance flags your team needs before anything ships.
Your organisation has an AI idea, maybe several. But the conversation keeps circling: Is this feasible? Is it governable? Who owns it? What data does it touch? What happens when it’s wrong?
The AI Decision Sprint compresses that conversation into a single structured engagement. One use case. One 90-minute session with the people who own the outcome. Within five working days, a decision pack your security team, board, and regulators can actually read.
This is not a workshop. There are no capability cards, no brainstorming walls, no prototype promises. It produces a decision-grade artefact: risk shape, autonomy boundary, data boundary, failure modes, and a clear recommendation on whether to proceed, pause, or redirect.
What’s included
Structured intake form completed before the session (20 minutes, async)
90-minute facilitated session with business owner, delivery lead, and security/risk representative
Decision pack delivered within 5 working days
Deliverables
Risk shape and classification rationale (GDPR/DPIA triggers, EU AI Act risk tier, sector-specific flags)
Draft line of autonomy: what the system can do, what requires approval, what is prohibited
Data boundary: what data is needed, what is sensitive, where it lives, who controls access
Failure modes and blast radius: what happens when the system is wrong, and who owns the consequence
Stop / Go-with-prerequisites / Go-narrow recommendation with rationale
What this engagement does not include
-
Full control map with evidence pack, logging schema, and go-live acceptance criteria. That is the AI Control Pack.
-
Multi-use-case prioritisation and portfolio scoring. That is Vantage.
-
Architecture design, production path, or delivery oversight. That is Production Architecture & Delivery.
-
Legal opinion, DPIA completion, or formal ISO 42001 certification.
Who it’s for
Organisations with a candidate AI use case that need a structured, honest assessment before committing budget or engineering time. Particularly relevant in regulated environments where “let’s just try it” is not an option.
Requirements
One defined use case. If you have several and cannot choose, that is a Vantage engagement.
The business owner, a delivery or technical lead, and a security/risk/compliance representative must attend the session. If you cannot assemble these three roles for 90 minutes, that tells you something about organisational readiness. And that finding is worth more than the Sprint itself.
Duration: 1 week (90-minute session + 5 working days for delivery)
Investment: €3,000
The Decision Sprint surfaces what’s true about one use case. If the recommendation is “Go,” the natural next step is an AI Control Pack to build the full control story. If the finding is “you have too many competing ideas and no way to choose,” that’s Vantage. Either way, the Sprint pays for itself by compressing weeks of internal debate into a single decision artefact.

AI Use Case Prioritisation (Vantage)
What should we actually build?
Most organisations feel pressure to do something with AI. Few have an evidence-based way to decide what will deliver value and survive production.
Vantage captures operational pain across the organisation, evaluates AI opportunities against delivery and governance reality, and produces a decision-ready prioritised backlog.
What’s included
- Organisation-wide intake via structured form
- Evaluation against business value, feasibility, operating model readiness, and ownership clarity
- Up to 2 calibration workshops with business and IT
- Deep evaluation of top 8 opportunities
- Four check-ins over three months (60 mins each, remote)
Deliverables
- Prioritised decision backlog (ranked, with rationale)
- Top 8 opportunity briefs (value, feasibility, operating model notes)
- Risks and dependencies summary
- Executive decision board (portfolio view)
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Investment: From €15,000 for mid-size organisations. Custom pricing for enterprise.
AI Control Pack
Governance and controls you can defend in production.
Your organisation has identified an AI use case. Before you build, you need to know it will survive security review, audit, and board scrutiny.
The AI Control Pack produces the evidence structure, control map, and ownership model that makes your AI deployment defensible, not just functional.
What’s included
Risk classification and rationale for 1 to 3 AI use cases
Line of autonomy: what the system can and cannot do
Control map: access boundaries, logging, evaluation, human oversight, incident path, rollback criteria
Minimum evidence pack template for security, audit, and regulatory review
Go-live acceptance criteria with named owners
Duration: 2 weeks
Investment: From €8,000 for a single system. Scoped for multiple systems on request.
Typically follows Vantage for the first prioritised initiative, or standalone when the use case is already clear.
From Roadmap to Production
You’ve identified the opportunity. You have the controls. Now it needs to survive production. We design the architecture, embed with your team, and stay until it’s proven.
Production Architecture & Delivery
From design to delivery.
We design production-grade systems and stay embedded with your engineering team until the architecture is proven.
Outcome: A validated architecture your team owns and operates.
Duration: Scoped per engagement.
Investment: POA
Typically follows Vantage. Scoped based on prioritised initiatives.
Prioritisation to Production
The full journey in one engagement.
For organisations that want to move from “what should we build?” to “it’s live.”
Outcome: From unclear AI ambition to a production system delivering value.
Duration: 4–6 months
Investment: POA
Vantage plus delivery of the first prioritised initiative. Scoped together.
Fractional Architecture & Delivery Oversight
Retainer-based architecture guidance for teams who need direction without full-time commitment.
Architectural direction, design decisions, progress reviews, risk flags, and course corrections. Hands-on support if needed.
Outcome: Aligned delivery without embedded overhead.
Investment: POA
Typically engaged alongside or after Vantage.
